Upon enrollment and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to:

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of course purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting help@Falronivexa.world. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Courses marked as non-refundable or promotional offers may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and promoting our platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

14.3 Effect of Termination

All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, you agree to first contact us at help@Falronivexa.world to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes.

15.2 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16. Geographic Availability

Our platform is accessible globally, and we welcome learners from all countries. However, we make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access our services from outside our primary jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

17. Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails about your account, courses, promotional offers, and service updates. You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages, but you cannot opt out of service-related communications.

22. Language
